During our visit, we also conducted a case study in the education sector, testing our analytical and negotiation skills. We assessed the attractiveness of the education sector for AUCTUS as a potential buy&build segment and analyzed the strategic positioning of the investment target. We created a LBO model and finally came up with a valuation of the investment target and a deal structure. This experience shed light on how AUCTUS’s philosophy of sustainable growth and supportive investment truly sets them apart in the industry.
